Had a fantastic experience dealing with Taylor from McGrade Electrical. Very professional. Always responded quickly to any requests and was on the job on time. When we faced an issue, he gave us some ideas to get around it and the end result was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Honestly choose a different provider, don’t spend your money with them.I’m surprised how they have such a high rating. If you want to be disappointed but don’t want to use tinder, go there.

Money came off our work credit card stating YES OPTUS EATON FAIR WA" . Our office is in Perth and we had never visited this store. We initially thought the charge was fraudulent however after further investigation the charge was actually for a Virgin account. Apparently Virgin and Optus are aware of this issue but I felt like I needed to write a positive review for this store after reading all the bad reviews the store had received from similar occurrences. If you have had a charge come of your credit card for this amount call your Virgin Mobile provider don't write a bad review for this store. :)"

The only problem I have is that google have only provided me with a maximum of 4 STARS to review with. In my opinion they are worth no less than 6 stars.

Came in for a data only plan for my iPad. I was then suggested to contract an iPhone 14 Pro Max, with $1500 worth of accessories that is actually not even worth it. The data only plan did not work, activated as a mobile phone plan when the sim CLEARLY stated Data-Only sim... Also got offered trend micro for iPhone? Really Optus? You can do better than this..

Put the wrong address on one of my orders even though I provided them with the correct one. They had 8 days to tell me that there was an issue with the address but never thought to contact me. I had to contact them and do the detective work myself to figure out that they had put the wrong address on the order and by that point I had already been waiting 4 days over the ETA.Beyond ridiculous. The address should be the first thing they double check when somebody has an issue with a delivery, but they never thought to check it.

Rang and spoke with Andrew about a light switch concern I had. He could have easily sent a sparky around and made some dollars, but resolved issue over phone. How good is that! Thank you Andrew!
