Optus Success

Honestly choose a different provider, don’t spend your money with them.I’m surprised how they have such a high rating. If you want to be disappointed but don’t want to use tinder, go there.

Optus is useless never use them stick with Telstra. Worst service I’ve ever had off any business

The good:- Secure way to add/change account or services.The bad:- It’s Optus. The chances of them screwing up is high.- I’ve got a 100% success rate with them screwing new connections/porting requests. Although their call centres are helpful.The suggestion:- Keep your fingers crossed. There’s nothing much you can do. They are always complicated and tricky.- Ask as much questions, as you need.The ugly:

Optus NBN cancellation. What a joke of a service, you’re unable to cancel online, the only way to cancel is over the phone. It should not take 20-30min on hold on and off over the phone to cancel an nbn subscription plan. Glad we switched over with Startlink, a lot faster, more reliable and guess what? If we want to cancel we can do it in one click on the app. Take some notes Optus.

The guy that served me did not bother to check the middle name on my drivers license and granted me access to my fathers Optus account and signed me up to a phone plan…under my fathers name.I reminded the guy who served me I have the same name as my father but he told me ‘not to worry’ anyway a week goes by and I ended up having to obviously change ownership after realising what had happened. My new plan was under my fathers name even though I signed up with my ID not my fathers ID and then Optus tried to charge me for changing ownership. I said why am I being charged? The man told me because your father owned the account for your plan….oh so my father owned my account even though I went into the store and signed up with my ID and you mistakenly granted me access to my fathers account and I must pay for this?

I may be a few months late... about 6 months lol, but just want to give my review to a sales assistant, Mary.Absolute legend, got myself a new phone on contract and WiFi modem and she was more than helpful. So lovely and friendly, made me feel at ease and made the whole transaction smooth and simple. Also loved the bants. Thanks girlie xx

Needed a hand with an account very friendly, helpful service

I was in the store Success WA 6164 two weeks ago and I was asked to buy a prepaid mobile phone SIM and bring it back to the store he will put it for me due to this a SIM card is sold out. Yesterday I got my new Prepaid Mobile Phone SIM and went to the store asked for help but the woman was very rude and refused to help me and she won’t allows other staff who is the one asked me buy it online to help either. She shouted: you have to go home do it by yourself we can’t help you because you didn’t buy it from my store so we are not going to help you and then she went back with her friends have fun. All I can feel is a strong sense of humiliation. I bring the card back to home. I don’t know how to use it because I don't know how to pull my number from teltra to optus.
